Accommodation

We provide safe, supportive accommodation for people who are experiencing homelessness. Each of our sites offers a stable place to live and the right level of support, helping residents regain confidence and work towards a more secure future.

College Road ABEN

College Road ABEN

College Road provides 56 self-contained flats as part of our A Bed Every Night scheme, offering emergency accommodation for people who are rough sleeping or at immediate risk of homelessness.

The service offers safe, dignified, and stable housing with 24 hour onsite staff, ensuring residents have access to continuous support in a secure environment. Tailored support helps individuals address the issues that led to their homelessness, including health, substance use, financial difficulties, or other challenges, and develop the skills needed to move towards long-term, secure housing.

Alness Road

Alness Road

Alness Road is a 15-bed supported accommodation service in Manchester, now open and supporting people experiencing homelessness who may be facing multiple challenges. The scheme provides high-quality, self-contained studio flats, including three accessible units, two of which are fully wheelchair accessible, as well as two rooms designed to accommodate couples, helping to address a significant gap in accessible supported housing in the city.

With 24-hour on-site staffing, the service offers a safe, stable, and psychologically informed environment where residents are supported to improve health and wellbeing, develop independent living skills, and engage in meaningful activities. Residents work closely with dedicated support and activity workers to set and achieve personalised goals, building confidence, responsibility, and a clear pathway towards independent living and secure tenancies.

Kashmir House

Kashmir House

Kashmir House is an 18-bed supported accommodation service providing a safe and welcoming environment for people who require additional support before moving into their own tenancy. The service offers medium-term accommodation with shared communal spaces and has staff on site 24 hours a day.

With a strong focus on personal development, residents are supported to build independence, confidence, and essential life skills. Our dedicated support team works closely with each individual to prepare them for a successful move into permanent housing, including support to access education, training, and employment opportunities.

Appleford Drive

Appleford Drive

Appleford Drive provides semi-independent accommodation for people who are preparing to move into their own homes. The scheme comprises four two-bedroom flats, supporting up to eight residents who have made strong progress and are ready for a lower level of support.

While living more independently, residents continue to receive regular support and have access to 24-hour support at a nearby site if needed. This service acts as an important stepping stone, helping individuals build the skills, confidence, and resilience required for a successful transition into fully independent living.

Pineapple Inn

Pineapple Inn

Pineapple Inn provides a key transition stage between supported accommodation and fully independent living. The shared five-bedroom property offers a stable, home-like environment for individuals who have successfully addressed the issues that led to their homelessness and are working towards greater independence.

Developed as a satellite project, Pineapple Inn supports people who are not yet ready to secure their own tenancy but who wish to maximise their income without Housing Benefit restrictions. The property has no staff on site, with residents receiving low-level support through regular check-ins and planned visits from the support team. This helps build confidence, self-reliance, and practical living skills as residents prepare for a permanent home.
